I always find it a bit strange how I can post the stupidest thing in my LJ and have people nattering back at me for pages and pages, but when I post something I deem 'special', I get ... chirping crickets. It's just bloody WEIRD!! O_O
Anyway, that's been the fate of this poor painting, which I like a lot (it was so nice to paint and ignore school), mostly because it is different and considering I often feel as though I am in an artistic rut different is GOOD!!!111 River, from the amazing Joss Whedon show Firefly, floats in space. I was aiming for 'illustration style', as mine is boring. |
