For a Nightmare Before Christmas design-your-own-character contest, although she's probably not grotesque enough for them... It's supposed to be the Russian folklore character Baba Yaga as a kid... note chicken legged house and dead bird in hair... the one eyed cat is just for fun.

Aw... I never thought of her as having a childhood... that's such a clever take on the dreaded witch... she is so sweet and innocent looking here (apart from all the bird skulls she's "collected" for the necklace

) as someone else has already mentioned, the house looks like it also has some growing up to do
